SHIPPING POLICY
At Gray Group International's Impact Mart, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We are dedicated to maintaining sustainability, which is why all of our pieces are made to order. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time and Shipping time.
Processing Time:
Order verification, production, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Since all our items are made to order, the processing time can take up to 10 days to ensure we craft the highest quality products for you. This makes our delivery times slightly longer but ensures we’re doing our part for the planet and providing you with products made with love.
Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your item within 7-10 business days, barring potential delays that may be out of our control.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to a select number of countries. International shipping times can vary between 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: In some cases, international shipments may incur additional customs fees or charges. Unfortunately, Gray Group International's Impact Mart has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As the recipient, you will be responsible for these charges.
Tracking Your Order:
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Shipping Issues:
If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time frame, please contact our Customer Support Team at impactmart@graygroupintl.com. If an order has not arrived after 30 days, we consider it lost and will offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that Gray Group International's Impact Mart is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges incurred.
