At GGI Impact Mart, we stand by the quality of our products. However, as a newly established shop, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards a more comprehensive policy in the future.

Damages and Issues:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately at impactmart@graygroupintl.com so we can evaluate and address the issue.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
